Payment and Financing of Units

The Andrew model has a total contract price of P 4,475,000, which can be paid in the following ways;

• 30% Down payment 1,342,500
• Reservation fee 30,000
• Net Down payment amount - 1,312,500
• 12 months installments payable at the rate of 109,375
• 70% Balance 3,132,500

Should you opt for the bank financing then the following rates will apply;

For 5 years the amount payable is 62,768.88
For 10 years the amount payable is 40,533.79
For 15 years the amount payable is 36,097.19
For 20 years the amount payable is 33,405.91
 

Nathan Model

The Nathan model has a total contract price P 3, 375,000 which can be paid in the following ways

• 30% Down payment 1,012,500
• Reservation fee - 30,000
• Net Down payment amount - 982,500
• 12 months installment that is payable at the rate of  81,875
• 70% Balance 2,362,500.
   

Should one opt for bank financing then the following rates apply;
 

• For 5 years the amount payable is 47,339.65
• For 10 years the amount payable is 30,570.17
• For 15 years the amount payable is 27,224.14
• For 20 years the amount payable is pay 25,194.40
   

Kyle Model

The Kyle model has a total contract price of P2, 706,000 which can be paid in the following ways;
 

• 30% Down payment 811,800
• Reservation fee - 30,000
• Net Down payment amount - 781,800
• 12 months installment payable at the rate of 65,150
• 70% Balance 1,894,200

Should one choose to pay through bank financing then the following rates apply;
 

• For 5 years the amount payable is 37,955.88
• For 10 years the amount payable is 24,510.49
• For 15 years the amount payable is 21,827.71
• For 20 years the amount payable is 20,200.31
   

Acquisition Requirements

To acquire this property one will have to meet the following pre-set requirements.

Proof of Identity

• 3 pcs 2×2 pictures of the buyer and the spouse.
• Photocopy of 2 Valid Government IDs of the buyer and the spouse and stamped signed 3 times on the side.
• Photocopy of passports and Birth Certificates
• Photocopy of Marriage Certificate in case one is married.
• Photocopy of the Community Tax Certificate

Proof of Income

• Photocopy of official Job Contracts
• Latest 3 months pay slip
• 3 months proof of all remittances done.

Proof of income for locally employed

• Original Certificate of Employment with Compensation

• Income Tax Return of the buyer
• 6 months bank statement from your bank
